How do I get my scholarship money from Ferndale Dollars for Scholars?
You must complete the Scholarship Acknowledgement Form and return it to Ferndale Dollars for Scholars. This form is mailed to all recipients along with instructions. Once the completed form has been returned, a check will be mailed to you made out to you and the institution you will be attending (dual signers). Depending on the the sponsor of the scholarship, the check may be made out solely to you, but this is based on specific instructions from the scholarship sponsor. It is not stipulated by the recipient. If you have misplaced the form that was sent to you, it is available on the forms page of this website.
